Swindon got back to free scoring form with a 7-0 win over Swanage and Wareham. Swindon dominated the first half possession but only managed a single goal from Hannah Lewis after creating a sting of chances.
In the second half, Swindon started strongly forcing a penalty stroke which teenager Chloe Lewis calmly slotted into the net. Goals now came come regularly with Chloe Lewis adding a second, Rachel King, Linda Brouwers and veteran Gemma Scrase all converting their chances. In the last moments of the game, Swindon captain Vicky Stokes pounced on a rebound to score her first and Swindon seventh goal.
After the game, the captain praised the team. 'We now know what we need to do - it's just a case of being consistent each week'.
