Positive for the future for Swindon

Ladies 2's had a great friendly against Cirencester but were unfortunate with the result being 1-3. All of the new juniors (Daisy Muzzard, Ciara Sherlock and Scarlet Walton) all had brilliant games and debuts that they should be proud of ! Even with the girls going 3 goals down we still managed to keep our heads up high and keep creating chances. Daisy was a little star being right forward and created several chances and showed great determination, strength and confidence in her first match. Chloe Peppiatt had a great run through the middle and managed to find a great pass to ciara sherlock who comfortably pushed her first goal in, on her first match for the club. (definitely well deserved) Chloe.p had a great game in mid field with some fantastic 1-2's and definitely had one of her best games in that position. Michelle Harding once again an outstanding figure in defense along with Louise Siddorn making some great tackles and keeping up with their pacey forwards. Sarah Dugmore made some great interceptions and Scarlet and Patricia Woods-Annan also made some great tackles and interceptions to prevent them the opposition. Lucy Lucy Anne Smale is growing into her new role in goal and made some good saves and was unlucky with some. Fantastic and incredible effort by everyone and looking forward to next week's friendly against Chippenham.
Man of the Match - Daisy Muzzard, little star for her first match and should be really proud of her performance. Had some great runs with the ball and setting up a few chances and 1-2's down the right !
