Chippenham B 3 - 5 Swindon A

Swindon took an early 2 goal lead in the game through Dan Hindon and Owen Hateley, but unfortunately Chippenham pulled two back.
Chippenham were piling the pressure on, but a quick break from Swindon led to Owen giving us a 3-2 lead at the stroke of half time.

The first 20 minutes was a yo-yo affair. Swindon went 4-2 up, before Chippenham made it 4-3. However Swindon responded quickly to make it 5-3 with Callum Bird scoring.

For the last 15 minutes, Swindon were first to the ball on every occasion, frustrating Chippenham. The home team were given a short at the final whistle and despite pushing every man forward, still couldn’t crack Swindon’s defence. A truly incredible performance on a cold and wet Saturday evening in Chippenham.
