Swindon Ladies 2s 0 - 8 Corsham

So facing the top of the league, we knew it was going to be tough. With a couple of key players missing and a few players out of position plan B was in action! We kept Corsham at bay for the first 10 minutes, pressing high but Corsham soon dominated, scoring from open play and penalty corners. We were 6-0 down at half time.

Wise words from Julie Russell and Kerry Baker brought plan C into play. We kept possession for longer, just about and managed to reduce the goal tally... only conceding 2 more goals. Becky Davies did her best in goal, saving several attempts including a spectacular dive to the right with stick save.

Angela gained MOM for excellent marking.
