It is your responsibility to let team captains and first aiders know about allergies. If you have an allergy, ensure that someone who is on pitch with you is aware.

If you have an epi pen for your allergy please ensure at least 2 people know exactly where the pen is kept - in ‘my bag’ is not specific enough. Remember, if we need to administer the pen those few minutes can be vital.
