Swindon started the game strongly not allowing Somerset to settle into their game. Swindon put in a lot of effort in winning 50/50s and getting the press working which frustrated Somerset - though they did manage to create a few chances on the break, but were denined by some excellent saves from Ethan Cooke. Swindon's domination allowed them to score three goals in the first half from Mike Smith (2) and Guy Tipping. The focus in the second half was to shut the game down to ensure the win. We conceded via a short corner with 30 seconds left - but overall an excellent performance.
