Another improved performance ends with the thirds earning their first point of the season. After a good early start in which Swindon scored one goal by eventually forcing the ball home and had another one chalked off thanks to Guppy's shin, Swindon lost their way in the middle third of the match and ended up 2-1 down early on int he second half. However following this setback Swindon rallied and started playing some quality possession hockey to fight their way back into the game. This fightback was capped by the equaliser from Andy Frasier who rolled back the years to score a fine reverse stick flick into the top of the net from wide on the left in the "D". Swindon then saw out of the rest of the game to earn their first result of the season.
