Swindon Men's 3s 1 - 8 Bristol UWE A

Many thanks to Richard for this week's match report:

The 3's were looking to continue their play from last week, however I've had a look at my Oxford thesaurus to see how many ways there are to describe the game and none of them are especially flattering.

Happily, Andy Birnie scored to tie for top goal scorer of the season, taking us into the break 4-1 down.

Positional discipline was sorely lacking from the home side and we just couldn't get the ball moving through our midfield with any consistency. (Something for us to work on in training.)

MOTM goes to the Men's 2s who arrived near the end of the game to lend their support and friendly encouragement. Special mention to Ben "your laces are untied" Smith for outstanding banter from the sideline.
