All existing and new members of Swindon Hockey Club are required to register on our club admin system Pitchero via the club website. If you have not already joined Swindon Hockey Club, please follow the instructions in the Pitchero Registration Guide to register via our website.

Swindon Hockey Club has adopted the England Hockey's Code of Ethics and Behaviour, entitled 'RESPECT', for all those involved in hockey and we would like to remind players and non-players of the minimum and expected levels of conduct. A copy can be found here. Details of other club policies and guidance are available to view in the documents section under the information tab. By joining SHC all members accept these and the club constitution.

For the 2023/24 season membership/registration forms are available through Pitchero. Please ensure you read the Welcome Letter for the 23-24 season. Then using your Pitchero account either via the website or the Pitchero Club app please complete the online registration form.

subscription with free upgrade to full, and 3 free games.

Payment is made by bank transfer or cheque if this is not possible. Full details of the fees are included in the welcome letter. The club's bank details for membership fees can be found here (members must be logged in to Pitchero to view).

Membership fees need to be paid in full by 1st November 2023, if not, members will not be permitted to play until outstanding fees are settled. Early-bird discount is available for payments made on or before 30th September 2023.
